My name is Paul, I am a Yoga teacher and I teach a method specifically designed to reconnect with your body and live in connection with yourself on a daily basis.

In 2015, I went through the most difficult period of my life. This period was a trigger: I discovered practices and teachings that changed my view of the world and allowed me to begin my journey of healing and personal transformation.

Today on, I share with you everything that has helped me through this difficult period and what helps me on a daily basis to live an aligned and fulfilling life.
