Tribute video to Dmitris Diamantidis last game with the Greek National Team - Full Highlights of his amazing performance vs Spain, for the Top-16 of 2010 Fiba World Championship.

It was the 4th of September. Many Greek fans were dissapointed with that tough matchup, so early in the competition.
But, Diamantidis was never afraid of those moments! He came there to fight from the first to the last minute, and inspired the whole Greece team to do the same! He was hot from the outside ,hitting his buckets right when Spain was building momentum, he was chasing Navarro and Rudy, blocked Llull and Rubio, running the fastbreaks and controlling the tempo of the game. He really carried the team and just refused to go down without a fight.
Unfortunately his incredible all around performance wasn't enough, as Spain beat Greece 80-72.

He had 16 points (3/3 2pt, 3/5 3pt) 4 reb, 3 assists, 2 steals and 2 blocks.
After the game he announced his retirement from the National Team.

This was a last dance to remember from 3D!
